T villa gain strength from its concept with two boxes masses to maximize the flexibility of the opening. The project consists of two common rooms with a shared bathroom, two master bedrooms with unsuited bathroom, kitchen, dining area, 10m long swimming pool, staff and services area.
The entrance to the villas is from the wide modern concrete with a combination of natural wood and grass block carpet to match architecture with the environment. The simplicity of the mass has a benefit to insert in natural lighting ambiance and fresh air circulation.
